| Eligibility |
Entries are open to all Senior amateur male golfers who have attained their various age groups by August 5, 2008 and are members in good standing at RDGA member clubs. |

| Practice |
There is no scheduled practice round. To arrange a practice round, contact the Golf Shop at Blue Heron Hills CC (315-986-2007). Greens fees for a practice round are to be paid by the contestants. |
| RDGA Code of Conduct |
The RDGA and its member clubs believe that participation in RDGA amateur events is a privilege that includes responsibilities.
Contestants must be amateurs and members in good standing at a RDGA club. They must adhere to all RDGA tournament requirements including Handicap Index®, age, gender (for selected events), appropriate golf attire, mandatory use of riding carts at selected events, and local host club rules that will apply to players during a competition.
USGA Rules will govern all play in RDGA events including Local Rules noted on the Notice to Players at each competition. All players should familiarize themselves with Section I. Etiquette: Behavior on the Course, in the current Rules of Golf book.
The spirit of the game relies on the integrity of each individual to show consideration for other players and abide by the Rules. All players should conduct themselves in a disciplined manner, demonstrating courtesy and sportsmanship at all times, regardless of their competitive spirit. Understanding and adhering to accepted golf safety precautions, Pace of Play guidelines and care of the golf course are RDGA requirements for each player. The RDGA reserves the right to disqualify a player at any time before or during competition in an RDGA event for any breach of the requirements. |
| RDGA Refund Policy |
Refunds of tournament entry fees will be made in accordance with the following rules:
1. If the player withdraws from a tournament BEFORE his entry has been confirmed, the entry fee will not be charged to his credit card.
2. If the player withdraws from a tournament AFTER his entry has been confirmed but BEFORE the entry deadline has passed, he will be granted a refund of the full entry fee LESS an administrative fee of $15.00. [The refund amount will be credited back to the player's credit card.
3. If the player withdraws from a tournament AFTER his entry has been confirmed and AFTER the entry deadline has passed, a refund MAY be granted (LESS an administration fee of $15.00) in the sole discretion of the RDGA Tournament Committee.
4. If the player withdraws from a tournament AFTER the competition has commenced, no refund will be granted. |
